Vaulter is the new and fresh identity of a real estate and development firm in Phoenix, AZ. This digital transformation features a comprehensive website with multiple portfolio projects and visual assets, along with a well-told story throughout the website and redesigned branding. Custom animations, illustrations, and photography complement the digital experience.
BRAND & IDENTITY
The new name and brand identify reflects the thoughtful and skillful execution that is characteristic of every investment. The vaulter's pole became a key identifier of this intention, symbolizing the simplicity of the sport and the power of the new company name. A holistic brand and style guide were built around the pole, and the new name: Vaulter.

VAULTER'S APPROACH
We drew inspiration from pole vaulters, and developed a style guide and logo that matches the sentiments of speed, range, ascension, tactility, and expertise. This flow of motion was parallel to the way that the company approached their business operations and investment process. Each step in the process symbolized a key moment in their procedures, aligning a roadmap that spoke to their industry prowess as well as the new and refreshed identity as Vaulter.

Establishing a comprehensive and intuitive sitemap was crucial to the foundation of the site. We prioritized two core elements to simplify the flow and display information: the story of Vaulter and their portfolio of projects. The story was spread across the Homepage and the About page, as individual sections of team, leadership, and context gave users a holistic understanding of the people and ethos behind the company. The portfolio spotlights were arranged into 4 investment categories, and given an index page of their own.

The new website reflects a complete brand transformation, making strides into the future as a 40-year old company with new and invigorating energy. The user experience is smooth and dynamic, allowing users to learn more about the history and story of the team while also getting unique insights into project spotlights. The site also offers multiple renewable modules, that can be updated as the team grows and their portfolio features new investments and developments. Overall, the client was very pleased with the outcome and reception of this digital refresh, with clients and friends-alike, indulging in the renewed Vaulter approach.
